Naming animals after food has become an internet trend — penguin Pesto, hippos Haggis, Moo Deng, Poppy. But Berlin called it decades ago with hippo Bulette. Now Brötchen is in good company — and her honorary sponsor is one of Germany's best-known baking stars, Enie van de Meiklokjes.
